At Park's Motor Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
